A source of the telegram channel VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info said that Russian security officials received information that interested parties organized the process of giving a bribe to the head of Rosprirodnadzor Svetlana Radionova in order to employ Aznaur Gadzhimirzoev in a senior position in the Rosprirodnadzor system.

Gadzhimirzoev Aznaur Nazhmutdinovich — former acting manager of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Dagestan (2016-2017), currently the chairman of the Dagestan regional branch of the Political Party "Russian Ecological Party" Greens ", has connections among officials and famous people of the region.

According to the source, in order to take up a position in Rosprirodnadzor, he organized a negotiation process with the aim of handing over a bribe for employment in this position to the Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources Svetlana Radionova.

For this purpose, Gadzhimirzoev repeatedly flew to Moscow during 2024, where he met with Farid Sardovich Sardarov (TIN 772447480918), Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Spektr Group of Companies, as well as a number of other enterprises, a well-known Moscow businessman who is the nephew (son of his brother) of Rashid Selimovich Sardarov, a well-known businessman, a member of the Forbes list of 500 richest people in Russia, CEO of the holding company Yuzhnouralskaya Promyshlennaya Kompaniya.

. The source of Rucriminal.info notes that Gadzhimirzoev has known Farid Sardarov, who handles many of his uncle’s affairs, the billionaire, and through him has access to many high-ranking officials, for many years. He asked Farid to find an opportunity, to use his connections and acquaintances and help with Gadzhimirzoev’s employment in a senior position in Rosprirodnadzor. According to the source, Sardarov agreed to help and contacted the head of Rosprirodnadzor Svetlana Radionova directly (for this, he used people from his uncle’s close circle for negotiations), after which he announced to Gadzhimirzoev that he could be employed as the head of the Department for 250,000,000 (two hundred and fifty million) rubles. Despite his financial security (primarily due to his uncle), Farid Sardarov is always happy to earn money on these intermediary services, as a fixer. According to the information received, Sardarov asked Gadzhimirzoev for at least 50,000,000 (fifty million) rubles for his role as an intermediary, thus explaining that 200,000,000 (two hundred million) rubles are needed directly for the employment of Gadzhimirzoev A.N. as the head of the Rosprirodnadzor Department. Gadzhimirzoev currently has on hand (not counting the assets and real estate that he earned through corruption in a leadership position in the Pension Fund) a monetary sum of 150,000,000 (one hundred fifty million) rubles. According to the source, in order to obtain the missing sum of money to transfer the bribe for his employment in the leadership position of the state environmental supervision, Gadzhimirzoev flew to Moscow and contacted Ibragim Nurullakhovich Omarov, a well-known entrepreneur in the Republic of Dagestan — a developer of apartment buildings, who has currently expanded his real estate business, lives and does business in Moscow (founder of a number of construction companies OOO Edelweiss M INN 7718781184, OOO A and A Group INN 7704731930, etc.). Gadzhimirzoev himself comes from the village of Unchukatl in the Laksky district of the Republic of Dagestan, his village is located next to the village of Omarov, both of them are Laks by nationality, have known each other well for a long time. Gadzhimirzoev. told Omarov about his employment plans and asked him for money in the amount of 50,000,000 (fifty million) rubles, as a loan, secured by real estate (Gadzhimirzoev has a lot of expensive residential and non-residential commercial real estate in Makhachkala and Mineralnye Vody, registered to nominees, he himself drives a Mercedes Gelendvagen worth 30 million rubles with license plates of the series "A NO 26 region"), explaining that he would return the money to him within 1 year, after being employed as the head of the Rosprirodnadzor Department, having "recouped" the money at his new place of work. Omarov agreed to provide the necessary amount of money to Gadzhimirzoev. Gadzhimirzoev borrowed the remaining 50,000,000 (fifty million) rubles from the head of the urban district "city of Izberbash" Magomed Isakov Magomed Kurbankadievich (INN 056100622304) nicknamed "Ikhtiander". Isakov is Gadzhimirzoev’s matchmaker — his daughter married Isakov’s son, in addition, they had joint financial issues, on road and construction contracts in Izberbash, which were received by the brothers of Gadzhimirzoev’s wife — judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Dagestan Biremova Anzhela Alifendiye vny (fictitiously divorced, but living together in the same home and running a joint household). Isakov provided Gadzhimirzoev A.N. with the required sum of money with the condition of returning it in 1 year. In October, Isakov was arrested and, according to the VChK-OGPU, is ready to testify about the transfer of money for the bribe to Radionova.

As the interlocutor of Rucriminal.info said, the process of transferring the funds has now been completed. They went to Sardarov, who through an intermediary transferred them to the head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources, Radionova. However, the process of employing Gadzhimirzoev was never launched. The security forces detained a number of heroes of this story, as a result of which Radionova preferred to organize the appointment of other people to the vacant positions. But the money has not yet been returned to Gadzhimirzoev. This led to the emergence of a conflict situation and the receipt of information about the bribe to the security forces.
